There were no plans for a workout today, or any videos or fancy-schmancy posts or pushes of any kind. It's been a day for ease.
I’ve been having a lovely slow Monday today and had a gorgeous, restorative nap - because rest is one of the epic parts of a supportive lifestyle, right?!
I’m finishing up the last touches on the last journal workbook ahead of the Plan. Shop. Prep: Food Planning Skills for AuDHD Entrepreneurs workshops beginning tomorrow.

Just delicious rest. 🥰
My body is telling me she wants rest, blankets, slowness and ease and that’s exactly what I’m going to enjoy today.
That’s the beauty of creating planning and routines which are rooted in being ‘floating structures’.
When you are able to identify your needs and plan for them considering your unique energy and motivation levels - you can be better prepared for and more easily hold space for life and business no matter what energy you have available to you.
Flying by the seat of your pants and moving when you’re energised as an AuDHD Business Owner and not considering the times that energy is not available to you is really putting yourself at a disadvantage.
You deserve to feel loved and supported when you’re energised AND when you’re not.

In the next 3 days I am going to be teaching
📝Plan 📝- teaching you how to plan your meals and snacks - identifying all the little details that make it easy to consider high energy days and low energy days and the beliefs that could be holding you back
🛍️ Shop 🛍️- how to shop in such a way you are prepared for day-to-day and week-to-week and what you can do to make your routines exciting enough for you to WANT to move through your routines instead of being bogged down and bored by them.
🍲 Prep 🍲- I’ll be teaching you the tricks and trades of making food prep an art - straight from the lens of a former competitive bodybuilder, but without the diet culture - so you can make sure you’re always covered when it comes to having the food you need at home.
I’ll also be teaching you how and when to hire in help and how to make sure they’re the right hires to meet your needs.
