AuDHD running diaries are BACK!
These were one of my favourite ways to connect with people on social media over the years and started out when I used to do buggy runs with Ruby in the buggy until she got too grown to do it anymore!
Now it’s me, solo. Me and them big ass hills 😆 but I learned on hills, so I am grateful for them, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time.
I went for 5K today at 2-3 minutes faster than my last in 75% humidity - the quicker time was unplanned for, so it was a nice wee surprise, even though I did dig deep for the last half mile.
Today, post run, I talk a little about AuDHD habit development from my experience and what stages I personally move through when creating supportive habit change in my own life; something I will be diving deeper into next week in my new course Plan.
